Muppy was born July 25, 2005 and Gerti was born July 11, 2006, so they are a year apart. We always knew we really wanted two dogs, so about a year (almost to the day) we got Muppy, we decided to get Gerti so they wouldn't be too far apart in age.... That was my excuse anyway. :)
